Vice-President of the Diploma in Aviation Management Course Club "BlackBox"
Together with the President, I co-led a team of 25 members in planning and executing events for students within the diploma programme.
I oversaw the Treasury, Outreach, and Logistics departments, coordinating initiatives such as outreach programmes, marketplace events, industry field trips, flight experience activities, and the diploma orientation camp.
Experience Gained:
Responsibility:
Developed a strong sense of ownership by leading the team in planning and executing club events, ensuring seamless coordination and smooth execution of the event.

Adaptability:
Enhanced my ability to remain flexible in dynamic situations, responding effectively to last-minute changes and unforeseen challenges during events by implementing practical solutions.

Organisation:
Strengthened my organisational skills through structured task delegation, careful planning, and effective time management to minimise errors and ensure adherence to event timelines.

Effective Communication:
Refined my communication skills by delivering clear, concise event briefings to large groups of participants and coordinating effectively with team members to ensure alignment and understanding.

Resilience:
Balancing my academic commitments with my responsibilities as club Vice-President was challenging, particularly when assignment deadlines coincided with major event preparations. Despite the intense schedule, I adapted my schedule and persevered through long and demanding days. I remained committed to both priorities, ensuring that neither my academic performance nor the quality of our events was compromised.
