Subcommittee Member in Engineering Student Ambassadors (ESA)

As a subcommittee member, I actively participated in various club initiatives, such as community volunteering projects, serving as a guide for guests during the annual Polytechnic Open House, and supporting the planning and execution of activities for the wider school community.

Experience Gained:

Contributing Back to the Community:

Through the club, I was given numerous opportunities to participate in volunteer initiatives supporting the less fortunate. These experiences strengthened my sense of social responsibility and reinforced the importance of giving back to the community.

Working With A Diverse Group of People:

Beyond working with just people from my diploma, I had the opportunity to work with students from various academic disciplines. This exposure broadened my perspectives, enhanced my ability to work in diverse teams, and allowed me to build meaningful connections with individuals of different interests and backgrounds.

Exposure to Different Leadership Styles:

Serving as a subcommittee member in other clubs enabled me to observe and learn from various leadership approaches. By understanding how different leaders motivate and manage their teams, I was able to reflect on effective practices and incorporate relevant processes and strategies into my own diploma club.
